What do you love to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids. Being out on the sports field, coaching, helping in the classroom, hiking, bike riding and spending time with my family, dogs and friends.

Ashley Souza has been a valued member of the PCFS team since 2004. She graduated from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Corporate Management. Shortly after graduation, Ashley joined PCFS as an Administrative Assistant, where she quickly discovered a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their financial lives.

What began as an entry-level position evolved into a rewarding and fulfilling career. Over the years, Ashley has expanded her knowledge and expertise by earning multiple professional licenses and credentials, including the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation and health and life insurance license.

Today, Ashley serves in a multifaceted role within the firm. She meets with clients, assists with investment trading and portfolio implementation, oversees compliance responsibilities, and manages the day-to-day operations of the office. Her broad experience and deep understanding of the firm's processes help ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support.

Known for her strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to excellence, Ashley takes pride in helping clients work toward their financial goals. She enjoys building long-term relationships and believes that trust, communication, and personalized service are essential to helping clients achieve financial success.
